Out of the mouth of babes
I asked Trevor to give thanks for breakfast this morning. After giving thanks for the food he said, 'thank you for watching down on us today so that we treat others better'. Really, that is the whole essence of it.
Kekoa's into singing grace for every meal these days... For This Food, to be specific. Only he doesn't sing, so Craig and I do the solo act. If you've ever heard our voices, you'd know how awful this must be. Ha.
I'm amazed at what my children have taught me. Reading this was a nice way to start my morning. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeletehe's so smart! mine get all shy and won't say a peep..but they'll sing!
