... if I have weekends like this more often! The weather was brisk. The food was delicious. The sights were beautiful. The company was sweet.
Looks like so much fun. Kekoa told me on the way to meeting yesterday, "Mommy, we need to do something really fun like camping in the forest. We could find frogs and snakes and spiders..." Unfortunately, his parents are Craig and Lani, which means unless someone else makes the plans, reserves our campsite, brings the cooking utensils and food, makes a campfire, cooks the food and sets up our tent for us, we won't be camping. The one experience we did have several years ago, was beautiful and wonderful just like it looks like yours was. It happened at Devils Lake, WI, but all we had to do was bring ourselves, our clothes and our tent... everything else was done for us. We are "clueless" campers in the truest sense of the word. :)
