Overnight waffle recipe per some requests

1/2 teas yeast
2 cups flour (I used half whole wheat)
1 T sugar
1/2 teas salt
Combine these ingredients then add:
2 cups milk
6 T melted cooled butter (I replaced w/some canola oil to make it less fattening)
1/2 teas vanilla
Cover with plastic wrap overnight at room temperature (I set mine outside in the cool evening)
Preheat griddle (oil if necessary)
Add two beaten eggs.
Bake and enjoy!
